Having suffered from anxiety for a while now and over the years I have tried a lot of things and it wasn't until this app was introduced to me by a friend that I really saw a difference.
The app is called Relax it is easy to install and really simple to use. It is 30 minute tutorial that talks you through some breathing exercises and positions. You can choose your different voice coaches personally I really like the male voice more calming than the female.
For me the app has been a lifesaver I really struggle when I have an anxiety attack in public but I find if I plug myself in with my headphones and just focus on the breathing it really helps me calm down. I have used this app on multiple occasions and it works wonders on giving me the 30 minutes I need to feel in control of the situation again.
I would highly recommend giving this app a go if you suffer from anxiety of all types and even if you don't. You can customise the session to fit you with different background noises, guides and even how you want the session to end. This can be helpful if you want to use it as a relaxation time at the end of the day.
